We are all about food at Camp Adounia and Zamzam. At our beach camp fresh fish is bought daily from the local fishermen. In the Sahara desert vegetables and meat are sourced from local suppliers.
The secret of our delicious fresh food are the high quality products which are sourced locally by our staff. Our supplies are always fresh and brought daily, from line caught sea bass, to a free range ‘camel burger’.
We have excellent cooks in our team and hygiene is of paramount importance to us. Having run wellness holidays and retreats for 6 years we are able to cater to any dietary requirements. Emma, Ilham and Mohammed have completed vegan and vegetarian cooking courses delivered by John Bailey of Cashew Catering in the UK. Emma and Ilham cater for Marrakech weddings and enjoy working on Desert and beach weddings and parties.
